That: “By 2022 to 2023, we do not expect any provider (excluding local authorities and ESF provision) to be subcontracting 25% or more, in any given funding stream, of their provision unless they have written permission from us to do so.

Please can you send me the names of all the individual providers that have been given written permission. For each provider. please include all the details of the permission they have been given – including any conditions as part of that permission.
